TVR Communications, LLC (“TVRC” or the Company) announced today that Edward Murphy has resigned as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Over the past three years Mr. Murphy has provided the executive leadership to TVRC that was required to transform it into a customer centric technology and innovation leader in patient satisfaction services. Mr. Murphy was instrumental in the Company’s new product development and presided over launch of pCareTV and iCareTV – its hardware and software platforms.
TVRC also announced that it has begun the search for Mr. Murphy’s replacement and has retained Polachi, an executive search firm, to conduct the search. The new CEO will be focused on capitalizing on TVRC’s leadership position in the marketplace and driving future growth. In the meantime, Mr. Murphy’s day to day responsibilities will be assumed by Jim Calandra, a member of the Company’s board of managers.
