Vice President of Operations
Pat Barilla is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the hospital services division at TVR Communications. Mr. Barilla provides direction and guidance to all the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability.
Pat Barilla joined TVR Communications in March of 2006 as Director, Field Operations. In this role Mr. Barilla focused on creating a strong customer centric organization, which is heavily focused on maintaining a high standard of service. Mr. Barilla implemented improved processes and management methods in order to generate higher revenue and workflow optimization.
Prior to joining TVR Communications, Mr. Barilla served as an Operations Manager and District Training Facilitator with Sears Holdings Corporation. In his 10+ years in this role he managed the operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies of the organization.
