Mr. Behler has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In his current position, Mr. Behler is responsible for all client services, installations, platform maintenance, network design, head-end operation, product provisioning and procurement, warehouse management, and inventory.
Prior to joining TVRC, Mr. Behler served as Senior Manager of Head-end, Plant Maintenance, and System Activations for RCN, as well as Head of Engineering, Plant Maintenance, and Head-end for Cablevision. At Cablevision, Mr. Behler launched the first digital head-end in the U.S. At RCN he was a leading innovator in the first rollout of bundled services in the country.
