PATIENT ENTERTAINMENT

TVRC delivers patient entertainment and communication services to the hospitals listed in the search results below. Many of the hospitals also offer movies and premium (pay-tv) television options. Some offer games and internet services.

To provide a patient at one of the hospitals listed below with entertainment and communication services, email patientservice@tvrc.com or call 1.718.458.6109 or 1.888.875.8872 and be ready to provide:

  • The patient name, hospital and, if known, room number
  • A credit or debit card to pay for the service
  • The name and billing address for the credit or debit card

Patient service representatives at TVRC are not permitted to provide any patient information to callers. The patient service representative can only confirm that the entertainment or communication services purchased for the patient have been activated. The patient services representative cannot confirm the hospital location, patient room number or any patient status or identity information.
